Board Votes to Cancel the 2020 Fall Ball Season

During Thursday's meeting, the Greencastle Youth Softball Association board voted to cancel the 2020 Fall Ball Season. Citing minimal interest during registration and continued uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, the board unanimously voted to abandon the season in favor of preparing for Spring.

Refunds for registrants will be mailed out to the addresses on file.

During the meeting, the board spent most of it's time discussing preparing the fields and facilities for the spring. While the bathrooms have been recently renovated, there is still work to be done reshuffling equipment with the addition of the storage barn which previously served as the concession stand for Fastpitch at the Armory.

The Greencastle Youth Softball Association looks forward to hitting the ground running for the Spring 2021 season.
